Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Luminocase (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you visit or buy from this website.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number (optional) and order details. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number. When you contact us or sign up for our newsletter we keep your message and email address. Like most websites, we also collect technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and we use cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, send the newsletter you signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time), prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We share it only with the companies that help us do this (payment provider, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, hosting provider).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@luminocase.com. Residents of some US states (for example California) have additional rights under state law; we will honor these requests as required.
